Country-by-country entry, visa, and clearance requirements for boaters crossing international waters — verified, dated, and sourced, with an AI assistant that never guesses.
Join the launch list →Every country puts your boat, your crew, and your gear under its own rules. SailCoCo turns that maze into a plan — researched by our AI pipeline, corroborated across official sources, and continuously monitored for changes.
Plan a multi-country route and get each stop's entry, visa, and clearance requirements — every fact carrying its source and last-verified date.
An AI assistant that knows your trip and your paperwork. Ask anything; answers cite sources and dates. When it can't verify, it says so and investigates — it never guesses. Informational only, not legal advice.
Countdown timers on cruising permits and temporary imports, renewal steps with fees, and one organized home for vessel documents — registration, insurance, radio license, clearance papers.
What you must dispose, declare, or can keep at each border; pet import timelines and certificates; whether your drone can fly, needs a permit, or should stay stowed.
Real-time official notices for the countries on your route, plus corroborated reports from cruisers on the ground — fee changes, office hours, inspection wait times.
Your compliance instruments on the boat's own screens via Signal K — permit clocks and arrival status next to speed and depth. The NOW zone is free for every boat, forever.

The short version of what our Terms of Service provide:
Cancel anytime with one click in your account settings (or by email to support@sailcoco.com) — no phone call, no retention hoops. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded except where the law requires.
Annual plans renew once a year. We email a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal, and a separate reminder 3–21 days before an introductory price steps up to the standard price.
Founding Crew and Passage Pack do not auto-renew and no card is kept on file for them. A Passage Pack is not refundable once you create your route or its access window begins. If SailCoCo is discontinued within 24 months of a Founding Crew purchase, a pro-rata refund applies per our Terms.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund policies and processes. Consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services as described in our Terms.
